As a teenager, Paul Rafanello was profoundly inspired by a high school accounting teacher. The teacher taught not only accounting, but why it was important to interact with all people within your life.

            Paul went on to Pace University, and earned his degree in accounting. After a 15-year career for a CPA firm in Rockland County, Paul started his own successful CPA practice, Paul Rafanello, CPA, PLLC. Paul’s sense of fairness, his skills as an empathetic listener, his profound accounting insight, and his ability to explain complex tax issues provides comfort and trust to his clients.

In 2006, Paul formed the Orange Networking Alliance LLC, which hosts monthly networking events in Orange County, NY. Small and mid size businesses come together, build great business connections, and learn new ways to network.

Paul is a sought-after professional speaker and has given seminars, workshops and presentations on small business accounting and tax issues for numerous organizations in the New York area.

Paul serves on the Board of Directors for Warwick Chamber of Commerce, and Literacy Orange. In addition, he is a 2006 Leadership Orange graduate.
